The Office of the Ombudsman for the City of Johannesburg, in partnership with City Power and Joburg Water, is taking municipal services directly to communities through a citywide outreach programme in the form of Regional Open Days, under the theme “Joint Proactive Query Resolution Campaign.”

The campaign will run from November 2025 to February 2026, covering all seven regions of the City of Johannesburg. Each Open Day will be held at easily accessible community venues, kicking off at Thuso House, 61 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein, on Saturday, 15 November 2025 from 08h00 to 16h00.
