About the Call Centre
The City offers a single point of contact to streamline its service to you – by doing so it keeps track of all incoming requests, comments, suggestions or complaints.
Calls are logged and you and the City can keep track of the progress of an issue. All queries should be channelled through the call centre, Joburg Connect, which can be contacted 24 hours, seven days a week, on 0860 56 28 74 or 0860-JOBURG. It is equipped to record all calls. For each query, you will get a reference number. Keep this number so that you can follow up your queries.
